I love helping children, adolescents, and families to work through life’s challenges in order to calm the chaos of such BIG feelings. My therapeutic style is collaborative, empathic, and strength-based. I am here to listen and support you and your child.
I use conversation, humor, and a play-based approach to build trusting therapeutic relationships with the kids I see. We will work together to discover new ways of looking at the problems to be solved. We will focus on developing the skills you need to cope with adversity and strengthening the relationships you have with yourself and others. I will walk with you as you cultivate the resilience and courage to be your authentic and true self.
As a parent myself, I understand that parenting is hard. Sometimes we need help figuring it all out. I will meet where you are, understand the obstacles you face, and empower you to find your voice. If you need someone to advocate for your child’s needs and collaborate with educators, physicians, or other providers in your child’s life, I will be in your child’s corner every step of the way.
Let’s begin your journey to healing together.

I am a laid back person who loves to use humor in my work. I know when to be serious, but I also don’t believe therapy always needs to feel heavy to be effective. My role in therapy is to help you achieve your individual goals, encourage you to walk the path that feels right for you, and provide some insight about yourself along the way.
I have done many facets of social work but what I love the most is connecting with people. I have experienced being alongside individuals who are struggling with depression, suicidal thoughts/attempts, low self esteem/self worth, high anxiety, panic attacks, end of life care/concerns, parenting frustrations/concerns, and many other hard things that come up in life.
I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I have experience working with all age groups including 5 years old through 100.
Please contact me to set up an appointment so we can start working together to build the life you want to live.

My passion is working with individuals to work through the struggles of everyday life. Life can be unpredictable, exhausting, and frustrating. What I hope for in therapy is that you can feel comfortable, safe, and heard. Through collaboration, my hope is to be your advocate and open up a space for you to feel empowered.
Having experience as a school social worker helps me to be able to collaborate with teenagers and their people to work through things such as school frustrations, home frustrations or uncertain feelings. I have experiences with new diagnoses, anxiety and depression. My goal is to meet you where you are at, and help guide you on the path to feeling like the problems can be solved.
You and your people are not on this path alone, let me help you feel like your best selves.
