Initial Intake Evaluation: $185

Individual: $160 per session

Group Therapy Or Educational Class:

$50 per session

Occupational Therapy Rates

Initial Evaluation $185 Individual: $190 (1 hr)

Allies Therapeutic Services, LLC is an in-network provider on the following insurance panels:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas

  • United/Optum

  • Sunflower (Ambetter & Allwell)

  • Meritain

  • Aetna

    * Therapy fees may be cover in full or part by your insurance company, or may pay after you meet your deductible. Please confirm with your insurance provider that we are in-network and that you have available coverage for services, by contacting your insurer using the number listed on your insurance card. We can also contact your insurance company to help you determine your mental health benefits.

    ** If your insurance provider is not listed, a Superbill can be provided to you for services paid for “out of pocket” so that you can submit this towards your out-of-network deductible.

Payment

All major credit/debit cards, HSA accounts, Check and PayPal are accepted as forms of payment. Client’s payment responsibility is expected in Full at the time of service. Payment arrangements upon request.

Cancellation Policy and Fees

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours beforehand to avoid a $50/$100 fee.
